Our group has members from St. Thomas Public Library, Elgin County Library, the St. Thomas Elgin Local Immigration Partnership, the Rainbow Optimist Club of Southwestern Ontario, the St. Thomas Elgin Coalition to End Poverty, and also community volunteers. Our goal is to create brave spaces where open and respectful dialogue and learning is possible. We want to bring our community together to discuss social justice topics that affect us all. We’re hosting an event at the Islamic Centre on October 22nd from 1 to 5pm. I’ve attached a file with the complete details. We’d love it if you and your fellow Rotarians would join us!
